Details About Kit Sizes

For the 2024-2025 Touring Bikes, the new body style impacts the size of the kit required for installing new handlebars, with the Road Glide accommodating various bar styles that influence kit size. Our Touring Kits are designed for bars mounted using stock risers, and when using stock/OEM risers, the kit size for both the Street Glide and Road Glide will match the size of the bars being installed.


However, when installing T-Bars or Riser/Moto Bar combinations on the New Road Glide, which attach directly to the top of the stock triple tree, the hand placement will be lower compared to the same size Ape’s. For example, a 14" T-Bar or Riser/Moto Bar will have your hands positioned similarly to a 12" ape bar. Therefore, when determining the size of the kit needed for a T-Bar or Riser/Moto Bar setup on the new Road Glide, Road Glide CVO, or Road Glide CVO ST, you will need to subtract 2" from the size of the kit.
